The SmartBoard and SMART Notebook are two of my favorite tools to use in the classroom. The SmartBoard is such a great way to get students truly engaged in learning; it is wonderful for group work, introduction, review, and more.
SMART Notebook is a powerful piece of software that can be used for whole group instruction, but can also be used on student computers for individual work. In a school where SmartBoards are not plentiful, this is a great way for students to be able to interact with SMART Notebook lessons without having a SmartBoard in the room.
